Terms of Service

Terms governing purchases and use of Soulmate Timing.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Soulmate Timing, available at soulmatetiming.com (the “Service”). In these Terms, “Soulmate Timing,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Service. By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use or purchase the Service. You must provide accurate information and use the Service only for lawful purposes.

2. What We Provide

Soulmate Timing provides personalized, AI-assisted entertainment content. A purchase may include a fictional soulmate portrait, a reflective written reading, timing themes, personality and compatibility observations, and a PDF report. The content is created from details you submit, which may include your name, birth date, gender, partner preference, email address, and an optional personal question.

The Service is not a psychic, fortune-telling, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or professional relationship-advice service. A portrait does not depict a verified real person, and a reading does not guarantee that a person exists or that any relationship or event will occur. Results are for entertainment, personal reflection, and inspiration only.

Our production written readings use OpenAI GPT-5.6 Luna (openai/gpt-5.6-luna), and portrait and meeting-scene generation use OpenAI GPT Image 2 (openai/gpt-image-2). Both models are supplied by OpenAI and accessed through the OpenRouter API.

3. Orders and Accounts

You may purchase as a guest. An account is not required before checkout, but you may create one after purchase to access eligible reports and order information. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.

You must carefully check the email address and personal details entered at checkout. If you discover an error, contact support@soulmatetiming.com promptly and include your order number. We will try to correct the order or resend delivery, but we cannot guarantee a correction after generation has started.

4. Pricing and Payment

Purchases are one-time digital-product purchases, not subscriptions. The price shown at checkout is the amount charged, together with any applicable taxes or optional priority-processing fee. Prices may change for future orders without affecting an order already paid.

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our third-party payment processor and merchant-of-record partner for this checkout. Waffo Pancake may collect and process payment and billing information under its own terms and privacy policy. Soulmate Timing does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

5. Delivery and Priority Processing

Reports are delivered digitally to the email address supplied at checkout and, when available, through your account. Standard orders are normally targeted for completion within 24 hours. Orders with the optional priority-processing add-on are normally targeted for completion within 5 hours.

These are processing targets, not guaranteed delivery times. Payment review, incorrect information, content-safety review, email-provider delays, outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays. Priority processing changes queue priority only; it does not change the nature or quality of the report.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

We provide full refunds only; partial refunds are not offered.

  • A duplicate charge will be refunded in full after verification.
  • If our technical failure prevents us from delivering the purchased report, we will provide a full refund after investigation.
  • You may request cancellation and a full refund before generation begins.
  • Once generation has begun or the personalized digital report has been delivered, the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Dissatisfaction with a portrait’s appearance, interpretation, timing theme, or predicted outcome is not grounds for a refund.
  • If you entered an incorrect email address or other information, we will first try to correct the information and resend the report; this does not automatically qualify the order for a refund.

To request a refund, email support@soulmatetiming.com with your order number, checkout email, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times are controlled partly by Waffo Pancake and your payment provider. These rules do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

7. Your Information and Input

You retain rights in information and original content that you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that input solely as needed to operate, secure, generate, review, and deliver the Service. We do not use your personal input to train AI models without your separate, explicit consent.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the information you provide and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights. Do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for your reading.

8. Your Report and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms and third-party model restrictions, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use your report for private, non-commercial purposes. AI output may be similar to output created for others and may contain inaccuracies or unexpected elements. Do not represent a generated portrait as proof of a real person’s identity or use it to impersonate, identify, harass, or make decisions about another person.

The Soulmate Timing website, branding, software, page design, prompts, workflows, and general service content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

9. Acceptable Use

You must follow our AI Use & Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Service for illegal content, sexual or exploitative content, violence, hate or harassment, child-safety violations, deceptive impersonation or deepfakes, intellectual-property infringement, fraud, or attempts to bypass security and safety controls.

We may reject an input, pause an order for review, withhold or remove an output, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect others, or comply with law.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and share personal information and how you may exercise your data rights. Service and transactional emails are necessary to process and deliver an order. Marketing messages are sent only where you have separately opted in, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

11. Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulmate Timing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions made in reliance on entertainment content. Our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, except where applicable law does not permit this limitation.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, abusive conduct, unlawful use, payment reversal, or a credible safety risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective after termination.

14. Governing Terms and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Soulmate Timing, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us so the parties can attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, providers, law, or safety practices. The effective date will be updated when changes are posted. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
